Maybe the Hecht coach pack with lighting and passengers, MARKLIN 42265.

Depends what year in particular you were thinking of and what sort of train for the BR05. I am assuming probably an international express train, so you need a mix of 1st, 2nd and 3rd class wagons in appropriate proportions.
Mid to late 30's a combination of group 29 and 23 (pike) and 30 (polish pike) express wagons, maybe a group 35 and also a steel Prussian - would be very realistic.
From 1938 the schurzenwagen start to become available and could be found in such a train.

I do train builds for EpIIIa from photos and train plans so the Ep IIb and Ep IIc aren't something I have covered but a quick look at the ESO you can find suitable pictures:

From 1939.

Here you can see the train made up mostly of Group 28 riveted steel wagons including a group 28 DSG dining car.

If you want Marklin then they just released the 42529 set with new moulds of the group 28 wagons. It is labelled for EpIIIa so not suitable (unless you added the imperial eagle logo and used them as Ep IIc) however there is no doubt Marklin will release new liveries of those cars in the future including for Ep IIc.

The BR06 will be much the same, here a photo from 1940 again with group 28 express wagons:

Try the D 12 Berlin – Stuttgart Express Train Passenger Car Set number 43256, it is a nice set intended for the Streamlined BR05
