A lot of work. I assume these are 3d printed, some technical information would be great! I do (have retired) 3d, but never got around to buying a 3d printer. I know the work involved creating quality 3d files for architectural work. Just a suggestion if you do more, whether printed or hand built. Put a small lip on the inner edge of the window frames, It makes it so much easier to position glazing exactly to a consistent depth. These (hand built) Z scale cars all have small lips for glazing to push up against & no going through the opening.   Same for the glazing on this hand built ICE.  Masking tape. I am sure you are already doing this, but always cut a new edge on the tape with a scalpel blade for a precise edge, never use the actual edge of the tape off the roll. Also, often a very slight cut on the surface of the material, often cutting a touch through the masking tape a whisker into the material, will give a razor clean edge when spray painting. The very slight edge will stop capillary action. Also 3M masking tape is better than no name brands. Worth the extra money. You can spend days masking a model for 10 minutes of spray painting!
