Hi,
I see more than one indicator that the seller suffers from Achromatopsia.
Regards
Markus
I personally think he or she is suffering from an originality disorder

Lol, now the clown has suddenly decided it's worth $500, or a mere $600 on a buy-it-now
Methinks he's trying to respond to my comment, without responding. Sort of like
It would only (just) be worth that if it was Mint, OBX, mit Prüfsiegel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I can maybe see where he got his improved absolute bargain pricing.......

There's only just the smallest difference, insignificant really - can you spot it? (you may have to look very carefully)

Splutter splutter cough cough
Well, some things should not be read while drinking,
I'm almost reluctant to post this but incredulity got the better of me so I had to share.
Poetic License is one thing, and we know our friends at LIMA are not really famed for their attention to detail or accuracy, but "loose interpretation" comes to mind here.
From the LIMA catalogue 1979/80. Although I concede this catalogue IS the North American edition, so perhaps they thought it wouldn't be noticed??
I'm wondering if the person who put this set together even managed to keep a straight face?
Such confusion, and who should be more embarrassed (or honoured)....., the French, or the Italians?
But.... I just know there's going to be someone lurking who has a photograph showing that yes indeed, on some past date the legendary Express was indeed pulled by that Loco so I remain open to re-education if someone can confirm this could have been a real thing??

How about a BB9200 in "Capitole" livery and a blue Orient Express sleeper in the same picture?

Fantasy, fact or fiction prices...
... this looks really good for those with deep pockets.

DB DR FS NS SNCF c. 1950-65, fan of station architecture esp. from 1920-70.
In single point perspective, where do track lines meet?

Oh it's good value as there is one original box and the coaches have lights inside
Don't look back, your not heading that way.
