Welcome to this great forum.
The set you show seems to be the 744B from Märklin, released in 1937.
One green car seems to be missing

Sorry I could not post the entire 1937 catalogue, only the page and was forced to reduce the definition (image weight) to be accepted by the forum.
At the time the price was 48 Reichsmarks
A price for this depends where you sell it and how fast you want to sell
The set is rare (produced only in 1937). For a complete set and a good aspect, the price would be 700 to 1000 €
In the USA, I don't know, maybe a bit less.
This is just my guess as I see classic train prices in Europe are not increasing anymore.
