On top of it there are the cartoons... What I really like are the wagons in the video! Miguel

I have a feeling the one behind the loco with the wire rolls may be a Eurotrain item. The cartoon strip can be accessed here. I'm guessing they are also available in books. You can purchase the childrens models of the cartoon strip here.
