Was looking at these PIKO 2022 new items and was trying to figure out if they are true HO or shorter (1/100). Most times full szed HO cars are 303mm long. In the description of the PIKO cars they are described as 322mm! In the images they seem to be shorter than full sized cars, but at 322mm, if that is their length, they would be longer than any other full scale cars like Roco ans LS Models. Does any one out there have these cars and could confirm the length? Thanks in advance.

The webshop shows 322 mm, but some of the brochures show 272 mm which would make them 1:87. Full-size H0 cars can be 316 mm, 303 mm, 282 mm, 292 mm, or 272 mm as given here. |

The models are 272mm in length, the same as the Lima, Hag and Liliput models of the EWI. They are in the same scale length as Rico's EWII and Maerklin and Liliput's Lightsteel coaches and LSM's SBB models.

Got some of the Piko BLS EW I cars and they are VERY nice. Perfect match with my old HAG models of the same type.
