I've been hunting down this loco for ages. I've tried ebay and all the big shops like MSL and Marklin direct but it seems to have disappeared from stocks.
I may be on a hiding to nothing because I think the model was released back in 2018 but I wonder if anyone knows of an outlet (preferrably in the EU) that has old stocks? There must be one sitting on a shelf somewhere...
As an alternative, will Marklin be releasing a red Re 460, sound-fitted in the near future? It must surely be a popular prototype to model (or am I clutching at straws?).
Cheers for any leads you may be able to come up with,
Michael

I found a 39468. It has a different side motif, but the same sound and lighting functions. Micromacromundo in Miami Florida has one. $328 U.S.

I found a 37462 shelf-queen for €299.95 incl. VAT, new from German dealer. Would that be an option? |

Thanks, I'm really looking for sound, embossed logo on the front of the loco and single-arm pantograph. Also the newer model has drive on all four axles. I can't believe I saw one on ebay at €309, brand new, but I hesitated too long...

It is far more likely that dealers in Switzerland would have ordered this model in greater quantities than dealers elsewhere in Europe.
Roundhouse.ch has it listed as "Lager" as does Simatrain.ch
The Trix (DC) version seems to be easier to find
