Joined: 16/02/2004(UTC) Posts: 15,442 Location: DE-NW		The old firmware of the Mobile Station 2 is buggier than Maine in June and must be updated for use with modern ESU and Märklin decoders. The locos will work if the firmware of the MS2 is sufficiently new.

Odds are good that the firmware is fit for modern decoders. CS2 and CS3 are the other options.
