track for roundhouse, - how to lay tracks

Joined: 04/06/2002(UTC) Posts: 754 Location: Täby		The slim C-track turnouts have the same 12 degree division as the roundhouse. A 3-way turnout can be used for 3 tracks, just find out how far from the building the turnout has to be. For the additional gates you have to add more paralell tracks and turnouts. However I’m not sure if it is prototypical to use turnouts instead of a turntable. And adding all turnouts, turnout motors and decoders needed may not be cheaper or easier than using a turntable…

In your case, the new turntable from Märklin (74281) or Trix (66861) would be great Cheers Jean
