I could be interested in the SBB Ae 3/6I 10639 (Roco 78088), but will wait and see what Märklin will offer. I have an Ae 3/5, Ae 3/6II, Ae 4/7 and Ae 8/14, so this could make i nice fit. I noticed that the Lokmuseum.de pricing is approx. 50 EUR lower than Lippe…

I've had new for 2020/21 Roco SBB container car set, GTX slurry tank wagon, and an SBB first class Gotthard express coach ordered nearly a year ago that still haven't been sent. Still show as new items pending on Roco site, and preorder status by dealer.

Lovely catalogue! I will take a close look later this weekend. I have the fleischmann Ae 3/6s which are pretty darn nice, which makes it hard to sell me on the new roco one unless the tooling is just mind blowing (electric loco sound doesn't excite me that much)

A few other goodies for me, but the only realistic potential purchase is the BLS loco with the modified tooling...

There are a few tempting items here; Ae 3/6, Fire Vectron (pg 101) and Austrian 4010 Multi unit. I will wait to see what others plans are.

On a side note, it is great to see the Fleischmann steam engine molds being put to good use.

Personally I love this new catalog: the ÖBB and SBB train sets, the ICE 1, Italian E.656 electric locomotive in AC version, the SERSA maintenance train set, SBB EC coaches in the new livery... + some items already announced last year and expected this year!

I now hope there won't be as much temptation on Märklin side, even if with the Giruno trainset it looks bad... Drool

I agree! I have the last version of the E656 they offered in AC, and it is one of my favorite locos :)

Thought about the 335 220-0 on page 139 in maintenance yellow, but does Rocco put magnets in the KöF the way Maerklin does?

Minok, I looked at the Roco parts diagram for their 63410 Kof. No magnets. Worm gear drive, flywheel, and open frame square motor. Marklin uses a small ovoid can motor. I'f rather get a Roco, because my Marklin Trostberg Kof II has zincpest. The magnets also fall out, because Marklin C or M rails are not nickel silver, but also magnetic and the magnets get pulled off on them.

That’s the point of the magnets, to pull down and add additional grip from the small loco on 4 wheels. Better glue I suppose is warranted.

The Roco one claims the main body will also be zinc so just the cab is Plastik. I imagine like the new ESU shunting locos that just came out. But as this is smaller weight and magnets matter I’d um pulling a service car. Hence my hesitancy , but Zink pest can happen unfortunately due to sloppy manufacturing.
