Analogue to Delta (6603) Conversion- Solder Points on the motor?

hi everyone, I'm using an old takeoff delta decoder in order to give life to a 3151 SBB electric locomotive. It will be part of the "kids fleet" I've assembled for when little ones come over and want to run trains. lets just say the rolling stock I've selected for the purpose is far from mint  , and the important thing is they just have fun. I have to laugh when I got into the locomotive as I realized I'm dealing with an AC motor with coil, not a DC magnet. On top of that, the coil and cover plate are new parts from my stash, as the 3151 was purchased fully "gutted" for $10. So, I went to wire it up and hit a roadblock: where on the motor/coil do I connect the blue and green motor leads to? And the black wire etc on the cover plate? Advice is appreciated! Google search wasn't much help beyond a schematic, which I understand but don't have a reference point for in application... |

looks right. I think the coil is actually two coils in one The magnetic field generated by the coil is reversed by energizing the 'other' coil and both flow to the common black. |
