Fellow MRR's just curious , as a modellrailroader I try to find railroad related items , most of them I find on fleamarkets , secondhandshops even sometimes on our national marketplace. Am I the only nut around or are you all infected by this collectioritus  .      All this is still in an experimental stage, the piles are10cm wooden blocks , in time I wil cover them with brickwall paper. Joop, could you please post a pic or two of more of your layout? I like your decor, and your bridge piers and ramps have a similar rake to mine which I am building.I have a similar diagonal bridge off the Bietschtshal which connects two base tables.

You have some great items. I have started to think about moving in this direction and your pictures are encouraging. Currently, my decorations are 3D printed train wallpaper as below.
