Yesterday I loaded update 2.2.0.

This had new features and menus. Specifically for turntables and signals.

There was a new “block” feature and the function symbols have been reorganised.

I have yet to explore further.

Any comments?

John

Hi
I may be mistaken but 2.2.0(4) has been around for months (July 2020?) and a slight correction 2.2.0 (5) is there since 2 months or so.
Yes there are a lot of changes:
* addition of "Steuerpult" diagram (synoptic-like)
* configuration for the new turntable 74861
* extended events programming.
* new icons for locomotives
There is this video about the release (German)

Here is an example of the new "Steuerpult diagram

I am aware about version 2.2.0 (5) but this update that became available yesterday adds improvements to the menus. The track plan menu for example and direct access to the macros is possible instead of adding them via an event.

There are events added called blocks 1 to 3 for signals. The arrangements for the functions are now grouped for similar activities to help you find the one you need. There are facilities for certain turntables.

John

Do the Turntables include the Minitrix Version for N Gauge?

I'm guessing yes, because I think Minitrix also uses am MS2 for dcc control, and it's updates are sent through the CS3. Unless I'm mistaken, but LGB, Trix/Minitrix are all under the Marklin brand umbrella. Again, Kiwi Alan will correct me if so.

or a bit early for the next update. Apparently next update is under testing, so if they do not encounter any issues, it hopefully won't be that long for the next update.
