I purchased two Marklin carriages with magnetic couplers. Can I swap them for standard couplers ?

hard to tell without knowing which carriages you have, do you have a catalogue number or an image? |

The only ones I know of with magnetic couplers are the My World childrens items. Marklin do have a wagon with a magnetic coupler one and and a standard coupler the other end for merging these into the 'standard' stuff as children grow up. Don't have a catalogue handy, so can't give you the catalogue number sorry.

The wagon with a magnetic coupler one end and a relex coupler at the other end is 44107. Gondola 'My World Adapter Car'
