Hi, can anyone tell me if Marklin 1 gauge point motors are waterproof?

I wouldn't think so.

The catalog doesn't mention anything about the weather resistance of the point motors. Neither do the 5625 and 59079 manuals.

Maybe Per can comment given he has experience with running Gauge 1 outdoors.

Yes it does look that way. I’m asking for my brother who’s been laying gauge 1 in the garden 👍
