3318 locomotive running slower at the same voltage when compared with other locomotives with mechanical reverse units.
(It is NOT verharzt.i.e.no hardened oil or lubricant).

3318 has electronic reverse unit and I was told elsewhere that its electronic components consume more power and therefore less electrical current enters the motor.
Have you noticed this phenomenon with 3318

Yes, I have noticed that with all my DELTA loks. (including the one in your photo)
Earlier on I simply REMOVED all electronics from newer lokos, but soon found out that was NOT the way to do it.
So instead I had (have!) excellent results by SLOWING the older lokos (by inserting paris of antiparallel diodes), so that they all match their characteristics again.
