I have not found the

märklin digital. Additional information about the 1 Gauge decoder with up to 32 functions, for the 27-pin interface connector. No 295735/0918/Sm2Kb

on the web. It came in the 55681 (Ce 6/8 III #14305 Crocodile box.

Anybody who knows of a site where this booklet is downloadable?

Manuals for the 55681 can be found at 55681 manual

I don't know of a separate manual for the decoder, but there is one for the LGB 55029 Gauge 1 / G Scale decoder which has the 27 pin interface which may be of use.

The first url seems to contain two documents:
LGB/Märklin: Nachrüstdecoder 55029, document 327799/1218/Sm1Ef (D, GB, USA, F)
LGB/Märklin: Nachrüstdecoder 55029, document 327839/1218/Sm1Ef (NL, E, I)

The second url in fact must be the LGB original of the Märklin document that came with the 55618, wrapped as doucument Märklin 295735/0918/Sm2Kb.

Thanks A LOT!

Aside: I am writing about my 55681 at [1]. Your info I will add to [11] there. Øyvind

Yes, I think so. I have this as a printed copy that came with my 55029 decoder, but hadn't up until now seen a pdf version.

Thank's !
Now I have something to read in the bed tonight LOL

The photo of the decoder with adapter and speaker I found of 55029 on the LGB page
looks exactly like the decoder and speaker in my new V100 from the 55046 Starter set,,,

The LGB decoder is advertised for use in Marklin G1 locos as well as LGB G Scale locos, so I guess it does appear in the latest locos.

I have a 55224 E94 G1 loco with which I had all sorts of issues with - basically I think the older 3amp decoder in it was overheating after 20 minutes and then shutting down. I replaced it with one of the 55029 LGB decoders, which has a 4 amp output, and I've had no trouble since.
