Roco released models of the ICN. Liliput released models of the Domino, Flirt and the KISS trainsets. Piko and Hag released the earlier RABe GTW. Lima released the ETR 610/RABe 503
More and more, new designs are trainsets rather than locomotive and coaches.

Here are a couple of models that have not yet seen life as models:

SBB Stadler Giruno
SBB Bombardier Twindexx
SOB Stadler Traverso
BLS Bombardier Lotschberger

I presume that Liliput probably will release a model of the six unit MUTZ type trainset.
Roco might release a model of the new livery of the RABDe 500 ICN.

I don't know if a model of the RABe 514 would be viable. HUI has announced a small production. There are no other variants that could easily be made as part of the same production.

Options would become more interesting if other railroads would order the same or similar designs.
Certainly the Giruno will become more interesting when it starts to see operation in Germany and Italy.

BLS has announced new Stadler units which will be similar to the SOB Traverso, so that might be promising in terms of additional options for a manufacturer.

I was thinking the other day that these short 4-6 unit trainsets can be used on all kinds of layouts and especially in push-pull operations. You could model a Kopfbahnhof without having to switch out the locomotives.

Which of these models would be most of interest to you?

I hadn't thought about that. They already had a TGV Duplex, so that would not be too much for Maerklin to release a similar model in POS or Lyria livery as used on the Paris-Basel-Zurich route.

What about a Churchill pfeil ?
It spans from era 3 to era 6.
I've heard that the Morep model is not so good, besides being expensive and difficult to find.

Giruno.
Perfect train, inside out.
Hands down.
But it's would end up being expensive... so probably a basic set, and an extension set like they did with the DB TEE , or what ROCO did on the ICN 500
My suspicion though is that Roco or Piko will beat them to the line....
So why not stick to the oldies.
Yes a Churchill Doppelpfeil would be nice, but I'd rather see a "Grande Sécheron" SBB Be 4/7, a loco that was 10 years ahead of its time...

Here are a few more for the list:

The new 6 unit BLS MUTZ (RABe 515): https://www.railpictures.net/photo/737737/
These new trainsets have 2 more coaches per trainset than the first batch. It would not take much for Liliput to produce a model of this one.

The new 6 unit BLS Flirt (similar to SOB RABe Traverso): https://www.railpictures.net/photo/737785/

The new SBB Flirt 3rd Generation, which will be going into service with TILO and SBB: https://www.railpictures.net/photo/737787/

I would be very happy to see a Giruno from Roco and the SOB Traverso/BLS Flirt from Liliput or Maerklin.

and a great idea for Maerklin would be a Lyria model of the TGV Duplex POS.
