Hi everyone ,
i am new here but following up the forum for long time ,
i am new in the marklin and cs2 and i have some questions ,
one of them is , i am running the br.01.10 loco on the rails and all is ok but i am trying to add new sounds.actually i dont know how to do this ,
i am looking to add breaking sound to the loco
i will be happy if someone can guide me ,

Wat kind of decoder is in it a standaard mfx decoder from Marklin then the sound already is active.

The loc you have bought which number from Marklin has it.

Hi Davy ,
the loco is br01.10 which i buy with starter kit ,
there are some sounds like rails , horn and long horn but when i am trying to install the other sounds for example the whistle or condactor , so its doesnt work ,
also i had problem to upgrade my software, i download the file from marklin site but the second file which is md5 file is no longer or i dont know how to use it ,
i try several times and hte message i get was the update was N O T successful

well after long tries i find some solution to make the sounds of break but its blocking the steam at loco
if i press the button of steam then there is no delay on breaking and there is no sound of break ,
my other concern is about the steam ,i put the oil in but seems the cs2 do not command this option .
any one who know this problem can advice ???

The br01 from the starterkit from 29010. That br01 has a full mfx sound decoder on board.

M-track with a CS2.

yes but sometime its work and some time do not working
as well the smoke is not working at all ,
is this something because of the cs2 version , i try to upgrade its show me sucess but at the end he show to me same version .

finally i success , if i choose on cs 2 the steam mode or thurtle mode include the sound effects the breaking do not work , while i am switching off the steam then the speed meter also reduce slowly the speed and while stop its sound the breaking sounds .
