Hi there . Paul from the U.K. here

Came across this forum whilst researching AMS

Anyway here is my first set - really pleased with it - the cars are just lovely !

Hi Paul
Welcome to the forum. This is a very nice set you have here.
I started Faller AMS in 1965 on my layout in my father's cellar. It was great but I went to the army got the girl of my dreams and sold my entire collection I shouldn't have (sold it Cursing ).
Why not complete it with a vintage Märklin layout?
Why is the last picture so reddish?

Thanks for the welcome guys.

We always remember the cars that get away don’t we! Not sure why you’re seeing the pictures reddish-brown Jean, it looks the same as all the others to me

As you say we are always attracted by things impossible to have like this one below
At the bottom of the page some people have made passing sections (Überhol-weichenpaar)
