Dear Friend

I am from Kingdom of Bahrain.

We do not have an Authorized Dealer for Marklin in our Country or Our Region.

In 2005 or 2006 I bought Marklin HO Harry Potter 29551 from Germany.

Now the "hogwarts-Castle" Express Locomotives is not running smoothly.

Therefore I need to send it for Repair and Full Service.

I contact the

Factory - Service,
Gebr. Marklin & Cie.GmbH,
Reparaturservice (Repair Service),
Stuttgarter Str. 55-57,
D-73033 Goppingen

But they Informed me that they are unable to repair My Locomotive.

Any advise where I can send it for Repair and Full Service.

Thanks for help in advance.

Regards
Abdul

The Harry Potter model was actually made by Hornby, but was marketed by Marklin.
This earlier post might be of some interest to you:

The thread also includes the Hornby parts list

My first problem with Hogwarts Castle was that the metal tyres were wonky on the plastic driving wheels. Get them concentric and it might solve your running problems.

The link referred to above should help you fix this Marklin Hornby hybrid.
