I've finally got to that point where I hooked up my 7286 turntable but there is one problem, when turning it seems very wimpy and often sounds like it's gonna die. I've watched a few videos on YouTube to see if this is the way it normally functions and from the few I've seen, it doesn't seem this is a typical problem with the turntable. A friend once told me it was an issue with the 7687 decoder, he actually took it along with the bridge to Marklin when he travelled to Germany to have it fixed. It seems as though they removed a resistor but honestly it hasn't helped. Any thoughts on why I am having this problem? I should add that it operates fine when not using the digital decoder.

Thanks

Mike
