I have just added a Memory to my set of digital controllers. I have powered up the Memory and all the lights come on OK. I have reset it by completely deleting all the old stored routes. However, when plugged in to my Keyboard the Keyboard ceases to work. Any ideas as to what might be the problem or is my Memory dud?

Hello,

The memory must be connected to the left side of the 6021 (or 6020 or central you have), usually connected to the last keyboard (also connected by the left side), ie would be something like:

Memory-->Keyboard-->central unit

The memory on the front has 4 switches, with the switches 1 and 2 you must put its address (1 by default), check these things, check that the keyboard and memory do not have any bent pin.

You will tell us
