Somehow my main station didn't get the right mix of turnouts, tracks and signals, also my overhead system lacks vision, videos do help you get things right

Whew! RollEyes If I had that much activity - points, crossings, signals, trains - I would have to actually, seriously consider (Whisper mode on - DCC - Whisper Mode Off) LOL

The SBB/CFF tracks in that perspective look like using R0 or maximum R1! :)

The SNCF video remembers me 20th century movies of Charlot. I like the people working in the track: seems very radical :)

Best regards,

How did River copy my layout. Amazing what you can do with a model railway … just like the real thing.
Take care I like Marklin and will defend the worlds greatest model rail manufacturer.

I seem to recall something about running unconverted analog loks on DCC - they only go one speed (or did my eyes deceive me...again Blink )

And the infill ballast matches the M-track nicely! Gotta love those Industry curve sections - there when you need them LOL

Ah! Paris St Lazare. When in Paris I always visited the bookshop of La Vie Du Rail located on the station concourse. A real mecca for fans of French railways. Is it still there I wonder?

I've inserted the orange wire into the main network and it was easy to follow the instructions, it gives you 2 options, 1.) as a model train layout (video) and 2.) the real railway video (but it wasn't worth showing)

Hi Bogenschütze

I looked into the merchant's list but could not find it.
On the other hand the whole station was completely reconstructed (the big 3 level concourse was completely removed and build anew.
There is a boutique La vie du Rail located 29, rue de Clichy, 75009 Paris. It is 400m away from the Gare Saint Lazare.

Here is a movie of the construction
