So JFK is cleanly labeled, and its on the page of US American stuff... so I'm wondering, who the heck is the "Yes he can" person?

I’m guessing someone they didn’t get approval from but it’s hard to tell who it is. There are several options. But he’s not wearing a red baseball cap...

I (don't) want to say it, but I think that 28247 "Yes I can" is BJ - I would rather be dead in a ditch, etc. than delay the "B" word..."Yes I can" get "it" done...

This is a take on a Clinton campaign slogan “yes we can”, I think.

Don’t know who the figurine is supposed to represent. Flapper

I think the red necktie rules out Boris Johnson (in the UK red is the colour of the Labour Party/socialists). Boris would normally wear a Conservative Party blue necktie or a patterned one of neutral colours. I would suggest the figurine may be Trump wearing his signature GOP red necktie.

Actually Obama's was "Yes We Can" in 2008 and more of the popular chant than an official slogan (I think), so unless Preiser mixed the paint wrong...it might be DT (as in [I do not want to say because it can get out of hand LOL given the current situation...]). Clinton's slogan was "Putting People First", so now I really have no other ideas about who the Preiserling is...blond hair definitely a clue, but...??Confused

Also I forgot about the red v. blue in the UK (I appreciate the reminder - Oy!)Blushing

I think Mr. Marklin hit it. It is Trump. It's a play on words that was used in Europe (but we didn't hear much of) that played off of the Clinton campaign's "Yes We Can". It was a satirical comeback to the Clinton campaign slogan. I remember seeing it in the Economist and some of the British press when they were saying he could beat Clinton (and no one else was saying it).
... or it could just be a blond guy with a bad comb-over.

Well I'm thinking it has to be an American. The new items PDF has figures grouped by country, Germany, USA, France, and that figure is smack in the middle of the other US American figures.

He's between the jazz band and JFK, and the Texas longhorn cowboys. Everything else on the page is US American, so I assume he is as well.
