Thanks for adding me to this group. I am currently building a z scale layout and am using a 32VA Marklin HO transformer (the white one) to power two 7244 Universal relays(from the HO range) on the layout. These are used for signalling functions. Traction power is of course, from the appropriate Marklin Z scale transformers. I would like to trigger the relays with a 8589 circuit track but would like to use the same circuit tracks to trigger some Z turnouts (powered by the accessory output of the Z scale transformers.) Are there any issues with sharing the ground between the HO transformer and the Z scale transformer?
Thanks
