Location: Sout East Norway.
Came across this video of a Swedisch Krupp-Ardelt steam crane. SJ Qan 98600138. It seems to be a close sibling of the Ardelt 57t crane.

Most likely yes, since they use an Electric locomotive to pull it. And you can see some steam in the beginning of the video.
