It is recommended to connect the the red power bus to the tracks by feeder wires every one or two meters.
Should you also connect the brown earth bus to the tracks at similar intervals?

yes. In fact you will find that if you are using isolated sections of track for train detection, you will feed to feed ground back in, between such isolated sections anyway. |
