Don't know whether this has been shown before, but while checking out youtube for model train cab ride videos, stumbled across the Colorado Model Railroad Museum and was totally blown away by their layout.Scared Woot Scared Woot Scared Woot Wub Wub

The cab ride videos are jaw shattering unbloodybelievableOhMyGod OhMyGod OhMyGod , and the constructed scenery, especially the rock formations, I am lost for words to describe their details.

Anyway, both videos are quite long (but the time will zip by quickly), so if you're in the northern hemisphere get yourself a cuppa, or if you're in the southern hemisphere, get yourself a brew, sit back and enjoy.

First video, the Eastern run.

The presentation of the video is extremely professional and it keeps you well informed of where you are situated on the layout

Second video, the Western run.

Speaking of the fabulously created rock formation, there is a short video explaining how it is done (followed by an advert to buy the video on how to do it)

Here is their youtube site CMRM
