Hi to the forum. Can anyone tell me when SBB crocodile locomotives were given there gray wheels, and green body work. As I’ve seen them with green body’s and black wheels and brown body’s with black wheels? Hope you can help. Dan

I am not an expert on pre-1968, but the green livery with gray underbody would seem to fit for the postwar period from the late-40s lasting until around 1960. Post 1960, the livery would more likely have been green with dark gray underbody, which was the norm until they started painting the locomotives red around 1982-1984.
