Hi I found this picture, it’s in Holland, does anyone know why this Rolling road wagon is running there. Are they about to start a service there?

Hi,

I don't know what's going on on the photo. But here in Germany these wagons are also used to transport construction - machines to construction - sites along the railroads. Especially concrete - mixers or other special machines. In this case a pipe-cleaning truck: https://www.drehscheibe-...oren/read.php?31,6633803

That might very well be it, then. BAM (indicated on the locomotive in the picture) is a Dutch (railroad) construction company.
