Hi all
Can you put two 8993 reversing loops at the opposite ends of one single track and use the one speed control knob on power pack to restart locomotive when it stops in the "stopping zone " section of each loop?
Thanks, Maurice

I've never done it myself, but I think if you isolate the loops from your "one single track" and wire them correctly, it can be done.

I bet there's lots of data online to show you how it's done. Atlas, at one time anyway, made a device: I think it was called "The Controller". It was a set of (3) slide switches: one each on the ends to control the loops, and the middle one was for power from the pack(?)

Good luck...

Thanks Mark,
Have looked on line but could not find any info - perhaps it was my choice of search terms!
Cheers, Maurice.
