I just became a member of the Marklin Official Club and received the Club Card and a small gift.

What I want to ask and I hope someone can answer this for me. It might be a very simple question with an easy answer but haven't been able to find out myself and Marklin after a week, have not replied back to my question to them.

Anyway, the questions is, how can I buy a Club Member Only Model? Where are the prices stated? I have logged in to the Marklin Website but can't find the details nor information on how to purchase these club only models.

Cheers.
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

The Insider Club Model locomotive is offered twice a year, and Club members are asked to reserve the item if they want one.
You will be mailed a reservation form to complete. It is optional.
The price is shown in the mail-out.

The Insider Club also offer an item of rolling stock annually, which is also by reservation (optionally).
This item is free, but needs to be collected or arranged for post through a Marklin dealer.

As an Insider Club member you will receive a mail-out (Marklin magazine and Club News) every two months.

regards
Kimball

Hi Kimball,
Thanks so much for the very useful information. This is the information that Marklin should have sent out to new members.
Cheers.
