When I need support, I call them directly. I was aways promptly answered. I only need to take care of the time zone. Then, with a case openned, the specialist is quite fast to take care by email (and if it's not so fast, I call them again  ) Cheers, Walter

I asked questions in May - no reply yet.
I'll ask again in July if they didn't answer then.
Some questions get ignored - it's like that for years. Wait - and ask again if it is important to you. |
