Hello all,

This is the first time for me on this forum, my name is Arjan van Driel, I am living in the Netherlands and enyoing modeltrains with my father.
Among some other modeltrains we own a Märklin Start up 36243 H0 stoomlocomotief BR 24, a beautiful train. Unfortunately the train has fallen off the track which is approximately 1 mtr above the ground.

I think u all now where this is going to, the tender has come loose from the loc. The wires are cut off from soldering point on the decoder print.
My question is if some has the schematics for reconnecting the wires between the loc and the tender.

Thank in advance

Kind regards,
Arjan van Driel

Arjan,

I think the best option is to bring it to the nearest Marklin shop for professional repair.

Cheers,
Paul

Hello Arjan

Welcome to the forum, you will find we are all at different skill levels on here from beginners, like me to real experts.

I would suggest Paul has given you the correct answer.

It is very easy to take the loco apart and cause more damage, probably you will find a Marklin dealer near you who will either repair or replace the chip, I know it's very easy to get angry with yourself and rush in and try and fix things but don't!

Anyway we all have accidents just learn and move on!

Welcome to the forum!!!

Harry
