Uhlenbrock's new items brochure announces an "mfu-Modul" that allows the Intellibox II to register mfx locomotives automatically with full name and all functions and also allows them to be controlled with 126 speed steps. Announced to be available in 2016. PDF here: http://www.uhlenbrock.de...756-001.apd/Neu_2015.pdf |

Maybe interesting if the old MM decoder locos don't flick the lights and mfx also works. |

Information needed on how this is to operate concurrently with RailCom. At the very least the IB-II will have to be configured to be aware of the MFU in order to poll for registration. Is the registration "On the main" or via a programing track? Quote:.... and also allows them to be controlled with 126 speed steps. Q. Does this presume the ability for the IB-II to send mFX? or does it just detect (via the MFU) and use DCC ? What decoder generations are supported? |

Since not all mfx decoders support DCC, the 126 speed steps have to be mfx speed steps. |
