Help programming the turnout decoders in 29483 start set

I bought the 29483 starter set. The two curved turnouts in that set have motors and decoders installed. They respond to the keyboard addresses 1 and 2 on the MS included in the starter set; however, I cannot get them to respond to my CS2 keyboard. Do you know why this may be the case?
I also do not want to have them permanently assigned to addresses 1 and 2, and they are permanently attached to the turnouts. There are no dip switches on the exposed side, so how do I change the addresses? I am used to using the Viessmann decoders, which are programmable, but you have to have access to their backsides for that. Do you how to change their addresses?
Thanks.--MM |

The dip switches seem to be unavailable due to the plastic posts the decoder sits on being melted (riveted).--MM |

Can you post a picture of the exposed side for comparison? To make sure whether it is a decoder with DIP switches. |

I don't see a picture: "mvmascagni doesn't have anything available to you." |

Hi Michael,
It is not riveted onto the post. Just carefully pull it up from the 3 posts to expose the underside where the dip switches are located. The decoder is just pressed down onto those posts to secure it.
Regards

This a test to see if I can embed the picture I wanted to embed in this post. It is only a test. Amazon Cloud Drive, not so good, so here is from Google+? It worked, and the trick is to get the URL of the image that is shown. GOOD!! I have several of my students working at Google, and they have served me well!!!--MM |

You were right, thanks!! Here is a picture of the decoder flipped over with the cell phone repair kit I used to gently pry it off the plastic posts.--MM |
