Hi, I have read the mutiplex instructios fron to back several times and am confused on several items.
First off am using a CS2 with C-track. Fig.3 states "wiring for digital operation(directly to track)". It shows red& brown wire.Does that mean these get connected to the isolated part of the stop section?? or is it the Hpo & Hpo1 that connected to theisolated track? Can't see how you can wire the red/brown to the isolated section, there woul not bee any power. Also will the CS@ register these automatically or do I have to give each Signal i'ts own adress? If so how are the adresses determined? Is this done through the keyboard on the CS2 ?
Please help,This digital stuff is not my strong point.
Cheers Mike

You need light signal and digital decoder multiplex. This digital multiplex can been connect track stop area. But you need brake module too and switch contact. Just follow sketch in the manual for the multiplex in fig.7 page 17. |

Thanks, I have all of that except the bake module(presume I can add the later) Just found out from my dealer that the instructions for the double multiplex do not have that specific diagram but the single multiplex does.

It´s same specific for both single and double multiplex. But if you do this way with brake module and switch contact,it become to expensive. I suggest you wait until Märklins new light signals arrives out under autumn. I´m not sure if Märklins new signals offer to customer in one all functions. |

Hi Anders, I have all the Viessmann signals already, just no brake modules. I think I will go ahead and install these and add the brake module later. Will I need a feedback decoder as well ?? Cheers Mike

Cheers Mike Hi, I am unclear how to wire the Viessman signals for bi-directional travel in the station area. A diagram or any help would be appreciated. Cheers Mike

You have manual for multiplex decoder. It stands everything there. It shows how to connect wires and use dipswitches for the signal logic. |

Hi, I have been working on this for 3 days still no result.I want to have an isolated section(stop section) which I can control with the lights. Another words train enters the station area and I swich the light to red and the engine stops on that section, turn light to green and it releases the train. How do I control the power to that section(off/on).It mention isolating one outer track in the Marklin tracks,confusing..Do I need a relay to go with the viessmann 52292??.or can it be done just with the multiplexer??. Any help would be much appreciated. So far two of us have been trying to figure this out.I still want to manually control the power to that isolated section. Can anybody help !!!
