It´s prebooked since last year. Took awhile to release the model. I guess the 37410 also is on the way as there are new pictures.

Yes, but with heavy modifications. There´s a lghting diffusor with 5 lightning points. The red, middle one is actually painted red. The light does not shine throught it though. You could porpably use some fibre optics instead or use some very small diods. A solution like in the T44 with the diods would have been great. Let´s see if the 37410 will have a red taillight. It differs pretty much.

I´m gonna try out the model tomorrow morning. The housing is of plastic, but the chassis is metal. The model is quite overpriced, but it´s a part of the collection though.

Quality work for € 320 Confused

Maybe I'm picky but for this price tag it should be possible to require better Accuracy Crying

It's like M has a fetishism to cut this pipes.

That seems very strange. I have had no problems with my Marklin locomotives. Have they just been broken of when they have been taken out of the tooling!

Roco has this SSRT Rc3 as more correct colour and much more richer details too.
Item number is 72538/78538 and are new 2013.
And it has red tail light. Flapper

Looks like Märklin is still doing it on the cheap and of course gets away with it but I'm sure if they don't have any taillights its not advertised as such and any buyer looking for a loco like this and expects taillights, its simple: don't order it.

Guys,

While we're on the subject of Marklin vs Roco, what is your opinion of the new NSB elloks:

Roco 78528 and Marklin 37754

The Roco is approx 90USD/580SEK less than the Marklin

I must have some luck. All my 4 sand pipes are gone.
And also on my Green Cargo it´s not that visible that the green paint shines through. But my 37307 does however have those orange colourings where there shouldn´t be any.

It is probably a must to remove the sand pipes when using snowplow, it’s mounted with leash and need to move placed together.

They would definitely have let the sand pipes stay on all Rc-engine with classic guard irons but they didn’t with 37418 like nostalgia model Glare

Now I need to cut the only sand pipe on my SSRT engine but M should not have done this on the side with classic guard irons Sneaky
