Oh my! As Sulu would say. I do have a taste for a good Nohab. I wonder if I can afford one next year......don't have one in a Swedish livery yet.

Will Märklin ever grant us a real retooling (not a half-hearted attempt at different painting schemes) of these Nohab locomotives in their Belgian, Danish, Luxembourg , Hungarian and Norwegian versions???
Best regards,
Armando García

About the Danish Starter set with Nohab + three coaches + MS2 : it is an export product only for Danemark.(500 units)
I've never seen a Marklin starter set with a Nohab before, it's a very good way to start with Marklin . Some collectors should be interested too... But hard to find outside Danemark...excepted if you know someone connected with Danish dealers...

Well, I'll wait and see...unless they come up with a completely new Danish livery I probably won't buy in as I have multiple DSB Nohabs (except the Gods one which I can wait forever for) and most, if not all, the current coaches. So I am not going to pay a premium for trains I already have. But it's a good idea for them to do this.

(the Nohab from the starter set is the one in red & black with DSB lettering on the side..)

That's a good point. I don't think these new ones are a re-tooling, but maybe in the next couple of years?

None of these offerings interest me particularly. I already have a DSB Nohab in the red/black colours, and the only other one I'm in the market for at the moment is a Green SNCB version. I'm hoping that will come next year, if not from a new model then either the one produced a couple of years ago or the old analogue version.

Well, a Nohab with telex would interest me, although I already have the red/black version (along with the work train set, 3 or 4 wine liveries, the grafitti loco, and a bunch of NSB Nohabs and the Belgian one.Oh yeah, plus a few Heljan Nohabs like the HC Andersen one etc.). Did I mention that I like Nohabs?
