This is great Mehmet What a great idea. Best luck for tonight Brgds - Lasse PS: it would be fun to also make a record for the fastest train able to stay on the rails.. Can you tune a train to get more power? |

Can you tune a train to get more power? Hi Lasse, We had a wonderful but exhausting night... No,I am afraid I cannot tune a train to get more power since I do not know much about their mechanics.... But between you and me an original analog loco from early 1960s showed such a performance that all of us were simply shocked.... Cheers, mehmet |

Y Hi Yum, I believe we were the happiest M*-users in the universe...... Details soon will come but alittle bit later since I need a little bit rest.... But a DB 44 amazed all of us..... BTW, I like the way you create large radius curves with the M-track "flex-rail" feature "Necessity is the mother of invention" (was it Robinson Crusoe?) I have however some news for you: two of my BR 44 have been converted to digital with 5 poles motors...and they pull even better than my analog ones! Cheers and thank you again for sharing the moment! (PS: I'll have to make the Istanbul run on the VSOE...one day!) Hi Jacques, After last night I believe you have to change the capacity of your digital BR 44 ladies due to my humble old analog DB 44690.... Details soon will be with you.... Cheers, mehmet |

Since you are more interested than some others, here are some facts.....the wagons were 40 times heavier than the loco.....and the total lenght of the wagons were more than two-hundred times longer than the loco.... Just one day more..... then you will see WHAT AN ANALOG LOCO CAN DO.... Cheers, mehmet |

...just a day before our humble trial, my dear friend, Ayhan is giving a short service, which took not longer than five minutes.... actually DB 44 690 needs no service after her 160 wagons trial in April 2012.... |
