Hi,

Just a quick, slightly off topic question. Your module specification calls for Merkur roadbed. What are you using now that the merkur is no longer available?

Cheers....

Mike.

Mike,

You would have to ask Robert (Loadmaster) since he has build a module recently. I just joined and not yet versed in the ways of module building just yet.

Hi Mike,
the new way is to use Woodland Scenics black foam roadbed with a mixture of ballast on top of it.
Please see the picture blow show both constructions.

BR,
Juha

Ballast Formula:

5 parts Medium Brown Woodland Scenics B79
2 parts Medium Dark Brown Woodland Scenics B78
1 part Medium Cinders Woodland Scenics B83

Roadbed
