The last time I ordered from Kramm to send to Australia, they charged me VAT at 19% and would not reply when I asked for credit.

Have read other complaints in the forum about them but any order they have sent me was OK although this was some time ago.
Why discount just before Christmas ? If they can take off 20% just what is the profit margin in the first place.

I've just received a notification on my order and I've noticed the delivery charges and handling plus the deduction of the VAT (GST) is bundled together under one price.
I've asked them to separate it.

Is the price you see on their site (and I'm interested in ordering a large amount of Preiser figures) with or without the 20% discount?
