Hi, I am new to this forum. I recently purchased secondhand a 6015 Booster but it did not come with the 5 pin cable connection. Could somebody advise where would be the cheapest place to purchase and sent to Australia. Thanks

Hello, you can buy the separate connector and built up your own cable for example here: http://de.rs-online.com/...73-436&x=28&y=12or you can order the complete cable as spare part in the Märklin Online shop Art.Nr. 507000 rgds Stephan

Hi,
Thanks to all those who have replied, the minimum purchase amounts would seem to make this option rather costly. So would love to find a simple ready to purchase option.
Bigdaddynz - would especially welcome any feedback on where I could purchase ready to buy locally in our neck of the woods. Not really good with making my own.
Also tried to order the complete cable from the Marklin Shop but the Art.Nr. 50700 doesn't seem to exist?
Thanks
Mark

Mark, apart from ebay, you may want to keep an eye on Trademe - www.trademe.co.nz - they may come up for sale there. You could also query the Marklin dealers in Oz, to see if they have one, or you could contact Dion at Toottoot in Christchurch. Toottoot is the local NZ Marklin dealer, and Dion is an electronics specialist by trade, so he may even be able to make you a cable. Contact him via the Toottoot website - www.toottoot.co.nz

I can advise that Nev at Nathan's Toys and Trains in Brisbane has one. I know this because I borrowed it recently when I was having trouble with my 6015 booster connectivity. I returned it after I repaired my own. http://www.trainsntoys.com.au/Good luck. |
