Thank God someone is taking the effort to come to these USA shows with European railroading! Good work Mike and if I were in the area I'd come just to see your table.

What I find in most US train shows are a few Faller or Vollmer junked up kits that no one wants and they show up year after year. And, of course, I've bought some of those!

Hi Mike,

Glad you are attending the show. Our Milwaukee ETE Chapter attended Trainfest 2008, November 14 and 15, held at the Wisconsin Expo Center at the State Fair Grounds. We had a large operating Maerklin layout and a separate TRIX Express one. Total attendance at the show was 21,652. We generated a lot of interest in European train modeling at a NMRA sponsored show.

Let us know how it goes!!
Regards (a Scot in Wisconsin),

Maurice [ETE, TTRCA, IG-TRIX Express, Maerklin-Insider & TRIX Profi-Club]
