This is definitely Not MMR.
Today was Spring Cleaning day in the Office in the middle of winter.
A large accumulation of Old Software and Manuals. Old DOS Stuff and early Windows Software and Manuals. (this is the second I have had in two Years)
Into the recycle bin went everything I was not using.
Borlands Paradox (still in Shrink wrap) and the spreadsheet. Old M/S Manuals/ eg Word access 1 and excel. How to use Lotus 123 etc etc.

Heaps and more to go.
In the stuff to go (the recycle bin was full) is a book, Inside OS2 with a foreword by Bill Gates.
I f anyone interested it is up for grabs.

OS/2 1.3 is that Nev? I cut my teeth on OS/2 1.3, version 3.0 was the best version IBM produced.

I think we need to do the same Nev, and clean out our software room. All sorts of old and ancient versions of stuff there!

Not sure why you have posted in 'General MRR' though!!??

Well yesterday I just upgraded one program from Dbase III to Dbase IV. Still DOS based but works for the application at hand. Wouldn't have upgraded if I didn't have to perform calculations for GPS coordinates.

OoooH. I must have had an Emotional Seniors moment. I thought that I was putting this in the NMR.

was OS 1.3.

I still have about 200 5.25 Floppy Discs to go out . Mainly programs.

Last year about a 1000 3.5 went out.

I think in the 5.25, may be a great Circle Nav Program. BUt then it may have been in the 3.5s which are long gone.
