Incredible, I can't believe it [:p].
I visit Stuttgart HBf every few weeks, and it is really increible how precise the details are modelled there: the track forks, the platforms, and the buildings.
So Stuttgart HBf (in its present shape) will at least survive as a model. Within the next decade, the prototype will be entirely rebuilt (for several billions of EUR). The major part of the station facilities and the complete track roadway will probably be torn down. A vast construction site for at least 15 years!

Thanks Per. Similar size and trackage throat to Sydney Central in Australia, with similar fly-over tracks (overs and unders). Very interesting. regards Kimball |
