Over priced! it's someone who doesn't know the true value. Must have used Kohl's which have everything overvalued.

And 40 Euro postage cost!

AFAIK SK 800/3007 was produced in four different red versions from 1953 to 1956, the later ones with plastic traction tyres. The model for sale seems to have these.

If I should sell something at that price, I would certainly add some better picturesbiggrin

Not live steam, just a lot of hot air!biggrin

I wouldn't call it "vintage", it's certainly not "rare", and it is only "live steam" in this guy's imagination. Also, has he actually seen the lights light up?

I despair!!!!

Hi,

this loco is certainly worth no more than 500 - 1000 €, if it is in factory new condition. Everything beyond that price would be ridiculous.

32 offers on a questionable €30,000 locomotive. Time to update the saying to-There is a sucker born every second.

The second is just funny. It's amazing how people don't even bother to try and figure out what it is they are selling.

What 30,000 euros and no box? I wouldn't pay anything near that for a locomotive without an original box.

The last link by Steven is for an old Br 81, without box, and starting price is £49. For about that money you can get the new Br 81 hobby lok, which even comes with a programmable decoder.

I'm not surprised there have been no bids yet.

Hi steventrain,

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/O-...2595QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

This model was made in the late 1940s and early 1950s by two East-German manufacturers (one after another): ZEUKE and LIEBMANN. I'am not able to identify the model with the pictures shown.

More hints: http://www.spur-null.de/triebfahrzeuge/l_t64.html

Hi Steven,

Yes and no: It is a ~ 1/45 0-Gauge model. So you need Marklin 0-Gauge rails.
