Hi,

Does anyone know the parts reference for the pickup shoes that come in the coach lighting kits? I'm especially looking for the 2-axle lighting kits in particular.

Best,

Luis

Märklin does say that the lighting kits have replacement parts, I can't find the numbers on either the Märklin.de or Marklin.com. They are also not listed on the CD-rom. Does anyone know where to get the numbers?

Hi Luis,
check this page, it's in Italian, but you maybe recognize the pickup by the photo.

Thanks almagik but it's none of them. It's the one with the suport tube off-centre.

Thanks rschaff. Can I trust that for an order......?

The 7175 is the replacement slider for the 7198 pickup set. The 7198 has a slider with a tube attached to the top for a plug. The slider is symmetrical with the metal slider part being about 43mm long. The base of the slider where it attaches is about 24mm long. It has a hole in the center for a screw. This attaches to a block in the 7198 set that has the tube for a plug. Hope this helps.

Thanks again, but still no luck: that ain't it. What I'm talking about is the pickup from the 7318 lighting kit. After a bit of research I finally found the lighting reference. It's out of production, apparently, since it's no longer in the catalog.

Anybody knows the part number for the pickup?

Found it! http://www.pallund.dk/spareparts/marklinparts.txt

It's 44637, which I believe now translates into 446370.
