Hi,
Connecting the 6040 keyboard or any other digital divice to a Delta control 4f isn't possible, you will need a 6021 or a intellibox to use the 6040 keyboard.
The connection of the keyboard is done by means of a special plug on the side wich isn't there on the deltacontrol.

The cheapest option is to buy 6021 from eBay.de. You can get one for about 100 EUR. Not exactly the latest technology, but works...

Thank you all for the sugestions, but i think for this time i have go back to basic 72710 swithboards because my four year old son has to use it also (i hated al the wiring so thats why asking) but he can handle the delta control so well (with 2 trains) and i think the 6021 is to complecated for him.
;) i sold the purchase of this all to my wife as a fahter and son thing.
